One of the financial hardships facing many families of incarcerated loved ones is having the resources to purchase very expensive hygiene products for quarterly orders. Some families can't afford to help their loved ones at all, some families go without to support their loved one, some incarcerated people have no families to turn to for help. Basic needs such as shampoo and deodorant are not provided by the WI DOC and should be considered a basic human right. Until it is, we will do what we can to spread a little hope to the people who need it the most.
